Master of International Management

Managed computer labs while teaching computers to bachelor and master students on the original IBM P.C. with dual floppies, 256K/512K - Lotus 123 and WordPerfect version 1.0)

This is the opportunity that led me down the path of computer administration. While attending school for my masters degree I used the work study program to apply for and land a position teaching computers. We had a small computer lab with 8 pc - some of which actually had two floppy drives and 512k of ram. We held those back for the experienced users.

Evergreen State College - 1980 Seattle, Washington
Bachelor of Arts with studies in history and economics.
No computer work here just a good solid background in Liberal arts. Evergreen is a unique college in that it offers programs where the students can design their own courses. Students are required to draw up a proposal, design course work, find sponsoring teacher and order all supplies. I was involved with in organizing several of these course with 10 -15 students involved in each. This added greatly to my education.
